Room Size for a Seminar Audience

For a seminar with up to 12 attendees, Room 2 or Room 3 provides enough space without feeling oversized. For a larger seminar — a product briefing, an industry talk or a multi-department session — the combined Room 1 & 2 configuration accommodates up to 18 pax while keeping the presenter-to-audience layout intact.

Presentation-Ready as Standard

Every room includes a projector/TV, which covers the core requirement for a seminar: getting slides or a live demo in front of the room. The whiteboard is useful for Q&A sessions or noting down points raised during discussion.

Half-Day or Full-Day Seminars

Shorter seminars can be booked hourly, while a full agenda — multiple speakers, breaks, extended Q&A — is usually more practical as a full-day booking covering 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Both pricing options are shown on the full-day rental page.
